CAR RENTAL TERMS WITHOUT A DRIVER
Reservation
Orders for car rental are accepted on weekdays from 9-00 until 21-00 by phone: 8 (8622) 37 33 41, 8 (9882)37 33 41, (8622) 31 67 10 or on the site en.discovery23.ru
We would like to draw your attention to that on all orders accepted after 18:00 the car can be provided not before 10:00 a.m. next day if the chosen car is available.
Rental Tariffs
Rental price depends on the chosen tariff plan, vehicle class and rental period.Cost of renting covers following services: car rental, technical check-up and running maintenance, providing of the analogous class replacement vehicle, technical support service, seasonal tires, comprehensive and collision car insurance (AvtoKASKO) and compulsory civil liability motor-vehicle insurance (OSAGO), all taxes. Rental price does not include the cost of fuel, fines, parking fees. Don't forget to find out more about special actions and discounts in the appropriate section of the site.
Required documents
Passport (national passport for foreign citizens);
Driving License. An International Driving Permit (valid International Driving Permit) for persons who are not citizens of Russian Federation.
Requirements to the Hirer
Minimal Hirer’s age is 23 years old and minimum driving experience is two years. The car rental firm can refuse renting a car to any client without giving any reason.
Rental period
The rental period is calculated since the moment of Delivery-Acceptance Certificate signing. Car rental period is not less than 24hours (twenty-four hours) from the moment of car delivery. Any period of car rental less than 24 hours will be charged at a full day and night rate.
In case of delay of returning the vehicle in time the client (Lessee) has to inform the car rental firm (Lessor). In case of delay of returning the vehicle for more than two hours the client will be charged an extra car rental day and night fee.
If the Lessee does not inform to the car rental company during more than 48 hours after expiry date and time, the Lessor has the right to report to Police Department that the mentioned car is stolen.
Car Rent payments
Total rental charge payment in the amount of 100% is accepted in roubles. Payment is acceptable in cash, non-cash and by credit cards. After signing Rental Contract the Lessee pays a deposit, which amount depends on the chosen vehicle class and the tariff plan. Deposit is a guarantee of contract specifications observation and it will be fully returned to the Lessee after the Act of Car Returning is signed.
The payment is made for the whole car rental period. In case of ahead of time returning of the rented car recalculation is made according to actual hours of car using plus one day of the rental. After the expiry of the validity period of the contract it can be renewed according to Lessee’s wish.
Insurance
All rental Vehicles are covered by compulsory third party liability motor-vehicle insurance (OSAGO) and comprehensive and collision car insurance (AVTOKASKO).
In case of contract terms violation the Lessee bears complete financial responsibility for damage done, including total costs of reconstructive repair and that of spare parts.
Car delivery and returning
The vehicle is delivered clean and with fully filled tank, having everything necessary (air-conditioner, audio systems, Pit Stop set, spare wheel, seasonal tires).
At returning of dirty vehicle or with tank not refueled the Lessee compensates the cost of gasoline and car wash to the Lessor according to tariffs for additional services.
If at returning the appearance of the vehicle makes it difficult to inspect it, then the inspection is done only after car wash.
Area Restrictions
Vehicles daily mileage is unlimited.
The Lessee is authorized to drive the Vehicle only within the territory of Krasnodar region.
Additional equipment
Following equipment is available for rent:
- Child seats (for children from 1 year to 11 years old)
- Skis Fastening trunk for ski and snowboard equipment transportation
- GPS navigators
